एखाद्या elected representative, officer किंवा public figure बद्दल लेख असेल तर त्यांची कृती, निर्णय, record आणि public impact तपासा — फक्त पक्षाच्या रंगावरून समर्थन/विरोध नाही.If an article concerns an elected representative, officer or public figure, examine the person’s action, decision, record and public impact — not support/attack based only on party colour.
पुरावा प्रथमEvidence first
महत्त्वाच्या factual claims साठी reliable source, document, official record, direct evidence किंवा स्पष्ट attribution आवश्यक.Material factual claims require reliable sources, documents, official records, direct evidence or clear attribution.
Opinion ला opinion म्हणाLabel opinion as opinion
Analysis, opinion, personal experience आणि factual reporting यांच्यात स्पष्ट फरक केला जाईल.Analysis, opinion, personal experience and factual reporting will be clearly distinguished.
उत्तराचा अधिकारRight of response
एखाद्या व्यक्ती/संस्थेविषयी गंभीर प्रतिकूल factual allegation प्रकाशित करण्यापूर्वी योग्य परिस्थितीत त्यांची बाजू मागण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जाईल.For serious adverse factual allegations about a person/organisation, we will seek their response where appropriate before publication.
Manipulation नाहीNo manipulation
कापलेले context, दिशाभूल करणारे headline, altered evidence किंवा fake/AI-generated “proof” वास्तविक पुरावा म्हणून चालणार नाही.Context-stripped excerpts, misleading headlines, altered evidence or fake/AI-generated “proof” will not be treated as factual evidence.
Correction cultureCorrections
तथ्यात्मक चूक आढळल्यास ती शांतपणे लपवण्याऐवजी दुरुस्त करून योग्य ते correction/update record ठेवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जाईल.If a factual error is found, we aim to correct it rather than quietly hide it, with an appropriate correction/update record.
